As the Owner of Construction Consultants/L.I., Inc. Eric’s previous experience as a carpenter, estimator, and senior project manager has proven to be invaluable to CCLI’s success when he took over CCLI in 2016.

Having actively participated in every facet of CCLI’s success since 2003 he was well versed in providing his clients with the best possible service. Eric’s tireless work ethic, keen attention to detail and unwavering level of integrity is a great parallel to his extensive industry knowledge. His work ethic fosters a healthy business environment in which the staff emulates his tenacity for success.

Our ray of sunshine, Susan has been with CCLI for 16 years and is usually found at the hub of new business contract executions and liaison to Clients and subs alike.

“The numbers guy” Paul has been with CCLI for 6 years and is CCLI’s go to guy when it comes to compiling new business bids.

John McNeill, Senior Project Manager

Our resident problem solver and in house architect John is new to CCLI but has proven his problem-solving skills to be an asset both onsite and through coordination.
